1 Can green pitted olives with juice
1 Small clove garlic
Juice of one lemon
½ Avocado (optional)
Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.

Looks good!
No I would not call it an Italian dressing. I really don't know what salad dressing catagory you would put it in other than really good!!!!
